How Does It Work?

 

Register for a private “1-on-1” session with me (to be completed on Zoom) where I’ll help you plan your next Las Vegas Vacation.  This is your opportunity to ask questions about hotels, casinos, restaurants, attractions, shows, and talk about any other Vegas related topics you’d like to discuss.

 

Your session can be 30, 60 or 90 minutes in length.  Recordings will be made of each session and extensive notes will be made throughout the session, both of which will be provided to you as a digital download following the session.

 

How Much Does It Cost?

 

Sessions are priced as follows:

 

• 30 Minute Session = $35 USD

• 60 Minute Session = $50 USD

• 90 Minute Session = $70 USD

 

NOTE:  Jeff Does Vegas Insiders will receive one (1) free 30 Minute Session as part of their membership and have the option of upgrading to a 60 Minute Session for a reduced rate of $35 USD or a 90 Minute Session for a reduced rate of $50 USD.

 

How Do I Book My Session?

 

Book your session from available times using the booking buttons located above.  Full payment for your session will be due at the time of booking and will be paid securely via Paypal.

 

You’ll receive email reminders about your session 24 hours & 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

 

Within 10 days of the completion of the session, you’ll receive a private link that will give you access to a video recording of the Zoom session as well as a PDF version of the notes taken during the session.

 

What If I Need To Change Or Cancel My Session?

 

If you need to make a change to your session time, you can do so via the cancel/reschedule link (found in your booking confirmation email).  Changes made up to 6 hours prior to your scheduled session can be done with no fee.  Changes made within 6 hours of your scheduled session will incur a $10 USD Change Fee which will be invoiced to you via PayPal and must be paid in full before your appointment begins.

 

If you need to cancel your session entirely, you must do so more than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  This can be done via the cancel/reschedule link (found in your booking confirmation email).  If you cancel your session more than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will have your full session fee refunded to you via PayPal.  Cancellations made between 12 & 6 hours prior to your scheduled session will be subject to a 50% cancellation penalty, refunded via PayPal.  Cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to your scheduled session are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty & no refund of any kind will be issued.

 

NOTE:  If a change in time or cancellation of your session is initiated by me, I will do so with as much notice as possible and every attempt will be made to find a new time that works for both of us.  If, for some reason, we are NOT able to come up with a new time, you’ll be entitled to a full refund of your session fee.

 

What If I Miss My Session?

 

You are required to be logged into your session at or before the scheduled start time (10-15 minutes prior is preferred).  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a no-show and your session fee will be forfeited/kept as a cancellation fee.  Consideration may be given on a case-by-case basis to account for any type of technical issues that can occur which could prevent a timely login.  If you no-show your session and wish to rebook, you will be treated as a “new booking” and will required to pay the full fee for your new session.

In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold Jeff Walker, any subsidiaries, and affiliates, subcontractors and/or other third parties or partners, and their respective officers, directors, agents, partners, employees and volunteers, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services in violation of these terms, arising from a breach of these terms, or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this agreement, or any content that you post on, through or in connection with the services.
